A place to call home
We are here to help you achieve your real estate goals. Whether your goals are to buy or sell your first home, move up to a new home, and/or invest in real estate, we have the experience, knowledge, professionalism to accomplish them. And there’s more, meeting your goals helps us meet our goals – to give back to the community. A property’s value is only as good as the community in which it sits.
The idea for Red Pepper Real Estate began one night over margaritas. We got excited about creating a different kind of experience for our clients and a winning culture for our company. As Winston Churchill once said, “We make a living by what we get. We make a life by what we give.” Our goal is to earn respect and referrals, by becoming your go-to, life-long real estate experts, moving you toward your real estate goals.
While including the expected experience, knowledge, professionalism and integrity of our real estate brokers, we wanted the experience to be fun for our clients through brokers who are:
(PEPPER, get it?)
And what is the significance of the red pepper? They are usually found in the kitchen – the focal point of the home. Clients are our focal point! The result is a combined energy that brings about amazing outcomes for our clients and huge benefits to the community. We believe in doing good by doing well or “a rising tide floats all boats…”
Mary’s approach to real estate is centered on building relationships. Her business is built with trust as the foundation, and grown through her knowledge of the industry. The result is happy clients who come back for their next purchase and enthusiastically refer Mary to others.
Mary’s family moved to Colorado in 1968. The entire family has been involved in real estate as brokers, developers and builders. Her knowledge of the area has evolved with the dramatic growth of Metro Denver. She acquired her real estate license in 2003. She started Red Pepper Real Estate with the vision of creating a company that matches her enthusiasm for real estate (and life, in general) and commitment to the community.
Although it is often said that real estate is a 24/7 business, Mary finds time for outdoor activities and volunteering. She currently lives in the Park Hill neighborhood of Denver.
Clay is a change leader and visionary entrepreneur. In 2014, he launched both a real estate career and leadership development consulting firm with his wife Philippa. He is passionate about finding the best outcomes for his clients by leveraging his team at Red Pepper RE.
As a Denver native, Clay has always found ways to give back to his community through volunteering. To stay in tuned to the pulse of Denver and the Front Range, he is actively involved in the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation and Downtown Denver Partnership.
Clay enjoys skiing, cycling and traveling. Clay and his family currently live in the North City Park neighborhood of Denver.
If you believe as strongly as we do in being the best you can be, both professionally and personally, join our team. We are looking for real estate professionals who exude PEPPER, are committed to their community, and never stop growing as experts in the field of real estate.
